I noticed on the weekend that I really underestimated my experience as Viv. My work in zenthai shiatsu is based on presence, intention, connection, play and authentically being in service to another soul. Itβs not about mastering massage techniques and movement.
Itβs amazing to realise Iβve already been embodying this in my being for the last 6.5 years. π±
What Iβm so grateful for is the comments Iβve received from my zenthai family recently about my touch. Some spoke about my assertiveness, strength and confidence which is felt in my sessions. π One of my favourites is being told yesterday that he felt so much love come through from my zenthai flow and touch that could help a feeling of loneliness within him. π
Anywho - I hope to continue doing all of that and elevating energetically in everything Iβve aspired to. π
