I'm using a sport muffler on this car because the racing ones sound terrible—like a vacuum cleaner.
For this new setup, I opted for Sport Soft tires to address rear-end instability under acceleration. The extra grip makes the car much more stable, allowing for a more aggressive driving style.
Since softer compounds increase PP, I added some ballast to compensate—preserving both acceleration and top speed.
The car performs well on the Nordschleife, but it's also an excellent choice for any technical track.
Sorry to the purists, but I won’t be doing a no-wing setup, at least not at this performance level.

Curbs are Kryptonite for the lightweight. You must keep it on the grey stuff or you will be counter-steering the entire trip and losing time. It definitely took a few laps to adjust to that. Braking is fantastic, speed is good not great. Faster than most down Dottinger (I did shorter the gearbox a hair. I have been finding 295kph instead of 300kph wrings more out these cars down Dottinger.) Overall a good performer. I got round in 7:24.5. DISCLAIMER: I struggle with MR cars. Not sure if that is owing to the controller or skill deficiency. ANYONE, controller or not, is likely to be faster than this.
