2025-01-30 08:28:34 +0000 UTCI remember when I could start to move my fingers even just a millimeter after the nerve damage in my arm. I had full confidence I would get my hand back but the moment was still the most validation I have ever felt in my entire life. My mother bawled when I showed her. I'm about 97-98% fully recovered. Typing actually is great physical therapy for my fingers. The next goal is flipping coins one handed and twirling pens between my fingers again. Its a TV show and the plot has to move forward, obviously, but its been a year and half of recovery to get to this point. A spine injury like Miguel's would take more than a weekend, irl, to tap his foot. lol But it was the scene with Kumiko and Yukie that got me the hardest. Very clever writing to bring Yukie to the rescue. Absolutely did not see that coming. That is the same kid that played Anthony in the earlier seasons. The seasons aren't filmed back to back, V. Kids grow up, lol. The physical changes are clear evidence of the show wanting to use him more soon, though. The kid clearly got some physical trainers, stylists, and personal chefs to help him out since the earlier seasons.

Interesting that you caught Eli's hesitation after what happened at the laser tag place. Anthony definitely did change; so much so that I had to look up to see if it was even the same actor playing him when I saw his appeareance in this episode. It actually is though.
