Breaking Bad (Season 3 Ep 11) | Full Length Reaction!

Comments

"Bounce!" - yeah your head's gonna be bouncing off the kribby next episode, you little rat.

You know what I think you'd really digest this great show on HBO called The Wire. It's pretty nuanced and you're good on the uptake. It's a pretty legendary show. I think you'd bring in a wave of new viewers on YouTube if The Wire showed up, because it's got a fanbase but not a lot of reactionaries have done it.

Skylar withholding the divorce papers plays to the idea that she might still love Walt. This episode builds on that with her determination to be more involved with the drug operation. I love how they flip it at the end with her comment about testifying. Their marriage changes in the same way their relationship does. It’s no longer in terms of an emotional bond, it’s much more of a logistical and strategic relationship now.

Matthew Walsh

I love that Skinny Pete and Badger fell into doing the 12 Steps and into recovery!

I haven't told you this, and I don't know if anyone has ever told you this either. That blue meth is rock candy! Bryan Cranston explain the story on how he knows this on Hot Ones. Aaron Paul was trying some of it, and offered Bryan to try some. Bryan said no, but Aaron said "YO! Try it!" To Bryan's amazement, it was cotton candy flavored! And yes, there are people who makes this, and they're sold in some of the stores in Alburquerque! And, if you didn't know, Alburquerque is now a huge tourist site of all things Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul, and they just made two bronze statues of Walt and Jesse that you can see in the Albuquerque Convention Center!

It's a very horrible but real thing that children get roped into gangs, even that young, and not just in inner-cities. This is also not the first show to touch on this subject. I remember a few Third Watch episodes that had kids as gangbangers. Even that was probably not the first show to touch the subject. Great show btw; the problem is that only 2 of 6 seasons are even available or it would be a good suggestion for reaction.

Cool. I thought it was just an offbeat way of spelling out the letters ABQ. Thanks, I've been El-Corrrecto'ed lol

MertzRocks

Abiquiu is a town in New Mexico.

Also a play on ABQ

Chris Shine

As for "Abiquiú" - means "wild chokecherry place" in the Tewa language. It is the name of a census-designated place in Rio Arriba County in northern New Mexico. It is where the Georgia O'Keefe museum is.

MrAlexSan

esque is just a suffix to be similar to something, so you don't have to google that one too just incase hahaha.

Jonah Bertorelli

Kafkaesque just means "similar to Kafka's writing style" of "oppressive and nightmarish" Kafka was a writer and you're being "esque" of him. lolol
