I solemnly swear I am up to no good. <3
I was hoping to have this done today but it's just not ready yet. The avatar system ended up getting more features this week so that pushed this out a little bit. I thought about rushing it and I just couldn't. We've spent too much time on it and want it to have more polish and more of the Besti X systems in it.
As soon as avatars are done so too will this be! I look forward to publishing one of the most bizarre VR games ever <3 This is conceptually an adventure game full of neat scenery for you to create your own fun experiences in, and because I'm making it, it's inordinately um... well... permissive to behaviors that one might deem to be inappropriate.
Is this revenge porn for what Patreon did? Probably. MORE SALT.
For what it's worth even if you're not interested in this, this system permits me to develop complicated systems in a practical environment. Essentially everything I write has a built-in test, so making tech demos into games is actually a really practical mechanism to develop complicated things. Nintendo and Capcom do this all the time ("Devil May Cry" was essentially a Resident Evil technology improvement that they turned into a full game) and I can see why. It effectively lets me make interesting content while developing more advanced technology without spending additional time on it. In fact, it reduces the amount of time it takes to make complicated systems because it keeps me more organized in correctly ordering things that I write.

Anyway, as soon as I can conjure this up in a polished state it'll be there. I'd like to have a game that doesn't have a "beta" period, and having more time with it is the solution to that. I'm not working on it this week (this week I'm making NSFW content for Besti 9) but I will next week, so this and the customizable avatars in the Besti SDK will happen at the same time.
