I think most banners will be created as the third book is being written. I'll have a solid idea of the "cast of characters" by that point :)

But in the middle behind Runner is the tree (Bastion), with Nibbles the Squirrel in the branches and just in front of the tree are the three goddesses of the Triumvirate, from left to right, Minxy/Amelia, Bright Eyes/Brunhild, and Dark Angel/Ernsta.
