I think is a combo for Felix. I think a lot of his iconic parts they (production? Shows?) want the backing track but I also think he sings more than we realize but then his mix gets turned down? Bc I have noticed in broadcasted videos it’s the backing track but in a true fancam you can hear his vocals come through

We had hoped to give them a trophy while Hyunjin and then Lee Know were MCs, but I saw someone say they weren't meant to hand the award to the kids, they were meant to all be together to receive the award tt. Also what is super impressive about the encore stage - they don't have their in-ears. So, they can't hear the track very well, and yet, they all sounded perfect! Not all groups can pull that off. I have heard more than one group be completely off key without their in ears.

2023-11-20 02:03:32 +0000 UTCFelix does lipsync a lot of his parts! He lipsyncs the most out of them. It’s hard for people to tell but no, he definitely lipsyncs a lot. That’s why I love hearing his raw vocals like this <3 During these promotions in particular he’s been singing majority of his parts live which is great to see because I can tell his confidence in his voice has grown a lot! If you want to tell when SKZ are lipsyncing (they aren’t very good at it since they tend to sing live most of the time, pay attention to their mouth & how they enuciate. Danceracha’s performance of Taste is a great example since those have all been lipped!) In case anyone says anything, I’m a singer myself and have practiced telling when people are singing live for many years, plus it’s just very easy for me to hear because of my training, so it’s not an insult when I say someone is lipsyncing or anything! Every idol does it.

2023-11-20 01:44:33 +0000 UTCso proud of our boys, and awesome job to our voting stays!! also the MC tilted the mic towards lee know so he could say "Stray Kids" but i think he was in too much shock to notice 😭💗 one day i went on an encore stage binge for them, and they're so fun to watch! live vocals + goofy antics, i'm always here for 😊 my favorite was a thunderous one where chan changed his line to "i know we're singing live" idk who doubted them that day, but channie obviously felt the need to set the record straight 😂 also 24:55 while being entranced by felix (can't blame you at all for that one) you missed Lee Know "stabbing" Han with the trophy haha just minsung things

2023-11-19 23:58:24 +0000 UTCYESS i love encores because of the null vocal track haha but I understand that they need it when it is a show with choreo because they need parts to catch their breath, ofc is much better to have support, but THE ENCORES i am here for it Did you see the cake they gave them for their 1 win? It's not something they do with all groups, even the mucore pd uploaded a story congratulating them and saying that thanks to this win he would be able to sleep better! so cute, I love the special treatment they get everywhere, you can tell they are easy kids to love ♥

2023-11-19 23:50:37 +0000 UTCabout felix, i agree that in past comebacks he wouldn't always sing live (or it wasn't being picked up by the mic because he also usually wears that little one taped to his face, which seems to have problems all the time). this comeback though you can often hear him clearly over the backtrack and it sounds so good!! both him and hyunjin have improved their live singing so much and it really shines this comeback!
