Watching how hard these boys go in the choreography is extremely admirable. They really no how to execute their movement so precisely and it's extremely satisfying to the eye! What an incredible song/performance! Love how excited they were for it to be released, would have been such a great feeling being so confident about the music going into this comeback.

Hahaha power comes from a few things, but something we are working on is a low of plyometric training to build their fast twitch muscle fibres. This builds their power in skills as well as choreography. But just in terms of dance moves, practice in front of a mirror step by step and try to put as much force into the moves as you can. You literally need to throw the moves yet try to control your body at the same time. Attack the choreo in a way. But this is also hard to do fitness wise which is why plyometric and HIIT training is really important ❤️❤️❤️

I swear every time I watch the Super choreography,the more insane it becomes. It’s too good ,the way the dance scale is insane and them just moving like one so cool
