I'm sad that Borat has slipped so far behind though. It is easily one of the funniest things ever made. Sam's reaction would've been gold. Hope it shows up on another poll, alongside Coming To America, as some have suggested, and Friday! (1995)

That and 'High Fidelity' are my two favorite roles with John Cusack (although the comedies he did with Savage Steve Holland in the 80s, 'Better off Dead' and 'One Crazy Summer' are also really fun).

I did vote for This Is Spinal Tap because it is THE mockumentary! There were mockumentaries before it (for instance, Zelig came out one year before Spinal Tap, and The Rutles: All You Need Is Cash came out in 1978), but Spinal Tap really set the standard.

It's just a given that it and every sequel will be watched. One of the best movie comedy series ever made. And a few of the most iconic characters ever made.
