Character bio #3: Quagga

Bio

Quagga is a zebra, born with the atavistic colouring of the quagga - hence his name. He grew up in Paardenrust, attending local primary and high schools. He was teased about his colouring in primary school, which made him somewhat shy, but that stopped when he hit puberty and started to grow. Fast. Within a year, he was the biggest guy in school, and to this day he’s the tallest, strongest person in the town.

His confidence didn’t initially develop at the same rate as his body, making him something of an awkward loner at first, but it only took a few rugby matches - and the post-game showers - for word to get around that the kinda quiet, weirdly-striped zebra was really packing. Even for an equine. When one of the other guys jokingly asked him if he’d ever hit anyone with his “truncheon”, the nickname stuck for the rest of his school years.

That nickname - and his imposing physical presence - ensured that he had the attention and focus of all of the other gay students, and a goodly number of the curious ones. He discovered he had quite a thing for smaller guys - and since almost everyone he met was smaller, that worked out well. His burgeoning confidence at being both desirable and very masculine overcame the last of his self-confidence issues, though if you dig deeply enough, they’re still there.

Out of school, his love of authority led him to police training: a path that has led him to becoming the (sole) local policeman. 

Character

Quagga is a character that display a fair bit of bluster, but without much underneath it. Years of policing a relatively sleepy town have not given him any reason to be particularly twitchy, and it’s mostly an act that plays into his love of authority and control.

That said, he is not incompetent, and takes pride in Paardenrust’s friendly and quiet reputation, with almost no incidents even at the height of tourist season. Typically the most he has to handle are some drunks who sleep it off in his one-cell jail overnight.

He’s in his forties now, but uses his generous downtime to keep fit. After more than a decade of using his size and more-than-respectable equine cock to fuck every attractive visitor to the town that he pleases, he has mellowed somewhat. Lately, he’s become interested in exploring the other side of his size and domination fetishes: giving up control.

Kinks & Sexual Ethology

• He is very much into authority. Him being as big as he is, he’s not used to being challenged. The player can challenge him, which he finds quite exciting. Handcuffs can feature.
• He typically likes physically smaller partners, and as one of the largest characters in the game, he has no trouble finding them.
• He has become interested in dom/sub role reversal lately, and the player can help him explore this.

Design Goals

Quagga is a classic gruff type that acts dominant, but also likes to have it reversed. His large size will be key for any fans of size difference, and - art permitting - they can indulge in both his dominant and submissive sides. He is also a key storyline character who is interacted with as part of the story when the commune is exonerated of wrongdoing during the investigation.
