Earlier on Twitter we posted a vague gif (the peak of journalism) of Mandy Rose blowing a kiss.
Fightful Select learned just ahead of tonight's NXT that there was discussion backstage of Mandy Rose dropping the NXT Women's titles at this week's tapings. Roxanne Perez challenged her for a match tonight shortly after.
Obviously there's no way to confirm this until it happens, but we have learned that it was pitched and discussed, with some talent being under the impression it was happening.
UPDATE: we've been told Mandy Rose is in fact dropping the title

I was at that show in Worcester, Mass. Taped on December 27, 1998. That's when they taped RAW on Tuesday's and showed them the following Monday Night.
