Rohit Raju On Why He Left IMPACT; AEW, NJPW

Rohit worked an IMPACT show recently, and although he says they remain on good terms, that an imminent return isn't in the works. In fact, he didn't even know it would be branded as an IMPACT Wrestling show until he did the show. He was happy and flattered that it encouraged fans to ask when he was coming back. He says anything can happen, he loves IMPACT Wrestling, and it's always going to be home to him. He's been reaching out to several companies.
Hakim/Rohit said that he needed to bet on himself, and has enjoyed doing some work with All Elite Wrestling, and is hopeful that he can work New Japan Strong soon, specifically against Rocky Romero. The night he announced his free agency, QT Marshall contacted him and said that Tony Khan wanted to bring him to a set of tapings to get a look at him. He said that getting feedback from Tony Schiavone was cool for him because he grew up watching him. He's hopeful that he'll do more work with AEW, especially when they start filming Dark in Orlando again.
