Warner supposedly has over 100 WCW songs in their library

Fightful spoke to Jimmy Hart, who dropped some interesting news.

Jimmy claims that there's an entire catalog of WCW themes that is still owned by Warner, that WWE never ended up taking ownership of as a part of the sale. According to Jimmy, not only does this include many WCW themes that made it on TV, but a lot of unreleased songs, too. In all, Hart said that it had to be well over a hundred songs that were just collecting dust. He's hopeful that someone will look into it and eventually release them. He noted specifically that he believed Raven and Saturn's themes were included.

"Well, you know what’s really strange? It turned out great, but they still got all of our songs down there with their publishing company,” said Jimmy. “They never released anything. So there’s a hundred and something songs just sitting down there waiting for somebody to use them. That was owned by Turner. WCW has them, but when Vince bought all the tapes up here in WWE, they didn’t get the rights to the music.

“They’re all individual tracks that, I guess, if anybody wanted to use them, if Turner and them even have a publishing company,” Jimmy continued. “Who knows what they have down there?”

We're told that AEW and their music department are at least aware of Jimmy Hart's claims.

Also while we spoke to Jimmy, he said that the current WWE superstar that he'd want to manage the most is Omos.
