More on how Rok-C's ROH deal came together

Prior to the pandemic in 2020, ROH had plans to relaunch the division after Kelly Klein's exit. Rok-C was planning on doing the tryout in conjunction with it, which would have resulted in one person getting a contract. However, the tryout never happened. Jonathan Gresham, who had taken over a lot of the direction of the women's division, contacted her to get her information. Following that, Delirious got in touch with her to ask if ROH could book her, which she tells Fightful she saw as a surprise, since she was angling for a tryout months before. At the tapings, Maria Kanellis approached her and asked if she wanted to be in the tournament. Her contract offer came shortly after.
