You can find the public version of 0.3.13c in this post right here. It adds a lot of content, such as reworks to existing days, all Kovle dates, sound additions and also lots of illustrations for the Brym sex scenes.
This version also involved a lot of fundamental work on the game engine, and a lot of things broke. If you want to see a granular changelog for all the hotfixes, you can check the dev log in the release post.
Moving forward, we are working on more content and also further improving the game engine, as we have identified the issue leading to the persisting sound and sprite bugs within most versions of the game so far (the short of it is: it's hardware-related and we didn't account for such differences).
