Materials are described in the 1st part of the video.

Ok thanks! Just for reference, I've studied for 5 years in an atelier where I learned classical drawing (essentialy drawing lots of still lives from life and then some cast drawings), now I would like to make the crucial transition to oil painting, just as in the traditional curriculum. So which excercise do you recommend now? The cast painting you cover in your lessons? Or some simpler subjects, maybe monochrome still lives in grisaille, painted from life?
