Day in the life of Shea... Cooking you Pancakes!

Here's the recipe if you're interested:
2 Tbsp of Butter
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 banana (could do 2 if you want more flavor)
1 cup flour
1 Tbsp of sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Melt the butter, mix the egg and milk in it. Chop the banana and mix it in till its mushy. Add the dry ingredient then cook on medium heat. ?

I thought this would be a good way to learn how Americans make pancakes, but for some reason I could not concentrate on the cooking!
