Tour Diary - Part 12
Added 2023-08-09 13:07:21 +0000 UTCSitting on the bus, parked outside Webster Hall in NYC! I've walked past Webster Hall hundreds of times during my NY days, but have never seen a show here. It seems like a classy joint and Josh and Ellie both report that it's a great place to play. The room is nearly sold out so it should be a hot one TONIGHT!
Baltimore turned into a fun one - More of a rock club with the potential for bad sound (ironically) but it sounded good to me! I held back JUST a bit to keep myself alive for the rest of the week and it made it kinda fun. Sometimes I'm fully out of breath and sweating like a pig after 4 songs, but last night I was barely breaking a sweat. I don't think (hope) it's something the audience can really register, but i'm making micro moves the whole time, thinking and making choices.
Didn't do too much - Walked around the inner harbor which was around the corner with a big, stupid Hard Rock Cafe and Aquarium. Most of the day I was just texting Mark and Gregg, trying to convince Mark to meet me at Lust

Had some DELICIOUS crab cakes from Jimmy's.
My buddy Jarred is coming down to shoot some stuff. Last tour he documented a lot of the tour, but we haven't figured out what to do with it yet. So he's gonna shoot some more... I'm not sure what he has planned for me this afternoon, but i'm sure it will be exhausting.
Vintage Price is Right is on the TV in the bus. I'll sign off for now to fully engage with watching.
See you tonight New York!
