[Patch 0.0.30] Fantoccio's Boss Fight Minor Improvements and Camera Changes

- Added shadow to Billie
- Camera improvements
- Fixed being able to ground pound on mops
- Reduced the size of Billie's face in the health bar UI to make it more readable
