New patreon tier "Mortal"

From now on, a new comic will be released on Twitter once a month, and supporters will have the privilege of previewing the comic scheduled for the next month in advance.
Your support will enable the continuous release of comics. Additionally, it indirectly contributes to the ongoing development of the Helltaker fighting game project, Hellversus

I was gonna ask about how supporting the comic ties into existing higher level tiers, but you've added that information to tiers Inferno and above--GOOD JOB
