I played Elden Ring too much and forgot that I didn't have enough paperwork to file my tax return. I couldn't do much work this week because I had to redo the procedure and submit the documents. I hate tax returns.π«I think I can do normal work from next week.π
This week I created a hit effect for a normal attack. Spark-like effects were difficult, unlike smoke, and I was collecting materials. The effect of Street Fighter 3 is cool! I won't update the demo this time as I'm only adding one effect.

This alone is a little unsatisfactory, so I am adding a production with Unity's particle system. What is scattered is particles.

It's too flashy, so I'll adjust it a little more. Also, the effect of slashing will be differentiated from normal hitting. I want the effect to be as cool as possible, but I'm careful not to make the screen hard to see.
As for the progress of Elden Ring, I was able to practice Parry and defeat Margit. So far, I haven't met a boss stronger than Margit.
I also hope that the war in Ukraine will end as soon as possible. Helltaker's author, Van Ripper, is from neighboring Poland and is currently helping displaced people. May he be safe.
