It's always so crazy rewatching this first season omg SO excited to watch this again with you guys! This was filmed in 2015 before NCT debuted, but I'm pretty sure it didn't air until 2016 either after they debuted or at least right before it happened. So this season isn't focused any one unit, it's everyone who was going to be NCT at the time which was 12/23 members. Everyone else was added and announced at later dates over the years. Yes, Hansol is here, but he didn't debut with them and eventually left SM and debuted elsehwere. Also Haechan is going by his real name in this show, Donghyuck. Haechan is his stage name. You can definitely tell the boys were awkward here, but they were also still always their goofy NCT selves lol It's funny bc you can clearly see the image they were aiming for with Taeyong, like tough and cool and intimidating, hates aegyo and is super confident. And while he is very confident, cool and talented, Taeyong enjoys aegyo and is just an adorable, funny mess. He's WAY more shy than people expect and they've given up on the tough guy image because he's soft as hell now lmao There is a lot of REALLY good Thai food, it just depends what you get and from where and your own personal tastes, but it's hard to go wrong with Pad Thai and Mango Sticky Rice or Thai tea. Can't wait for next week and to see you guys together again!
