November 2018 Update

First of all, let me thank my new patrons for support and motivation!
Secondly, Progress report on *UMC*
- Monarchist Germany is coming to the finishing stage and its open for Early Access. It should be completely playable from next Wednesday and will be released 15.11.2018 according the initial plan.
- British Empire is being developed in the meantime. I have already made significant changes to British Raj and thanks to Christian, a guy who made "TFV Overhauled" mod and gave me a permission to use it as a base, Canada and Australia are also about halfway done. They will be available in EA after 15th November.
- Austria-Hungary, Alt-History Scenario and Technology mod are also being slowly put together. :-)
