San was comforting Seonghwa because he was sick/injured at the time. His physical condition was really bad from the time of the European tour last year(April) until September, he had a rib injury for several months during the Wave comeback and then injured his ankle right after in July. Then he was sick and missed a week of promotions in Japan in August right before this Melbourne show. He had to sit for most of the concerts in Australia, so San was just being really supportive and watching out for him. Also I believe this moment was right after Seonghwa talked for a bit about why he had to go off stage often/sit during the show.

2020-04-23 16:43:59 +0000 UTCIn that clip with the French post above it, the person laying on the couch is Hongjoong. He’s saying “Park Seonghwa Babo” and he’s literally just called Seonghwa an idiot. “Babo” is Korean for idiot. (Or at least, that’s how it’s pronounced)
