2022-10-02 22:28:31 +0000 UTCI was thinking of it like, everything on him went intangible with him, so he can interact with his phone and his clothes, but no one else can. Which is why people's hands just woosh completely through when they try to touch his arm or something, instead of just hitting what feels like an empty sleeve. (And maybe the rationale behind it is that he identifies the things on him as part of himself? Like, the whole, "if your finger gets cut off, which part is 'you,' the finger or the rest of your body?" It's all a matter of perception what is part of 'you' so maybe that could include his stuff?)

So that somehow in the very end he has become well known not as a meme but like a celebrity, and he ends up becoming a hero or like a villain but tumblr loves him, and the PD are just like "how did we let this happen"

2022-10-02 17:08:54 +0000 UTCI think one way you could rationalize why William’s clothes don’t just fall of could be that he passively uses ghost shaping to make a coating that wraps around all of his clothes and personal items. The ghost barriers would selectively allow everything but other ghost items/people to pass through. Not sure how this would explain how his phone and stuff would go intangible with him, but I think it can explain how he was able to do stuff like call his brother without his phone falling through his hand.

And also he is decaying because he had turned himself into a lich and was rotting. If i ever get to play him he was gonna use disguise self and some magic that wouldve made him look like a normal human. But over a campain i wouldve slowly hinted at him being undead.

2022-09-28 22:52:02 +0000 UTCMaan I liked this episode a lot. Like they said in the rolled, this was like the first episode where it felt like william's problems weren't just a bit. The idea of being physically unable to touch the world around you or feel a hand on your shoulder is so unsettling lol. Like the idea of it gives me that anxiety tension in my chest, and I can imagine how distant and scary that would be. Really well done :) I liked that this episode was slower paced too. It gave more room for character interactions and just kind of getting comfortable in the world again, which I feel like was needed for sure. I'm excited to see all of the characters bend a little around each other's ideals in the future (hopefully) too. Also le frog was there.

Since I was a kid I could never make past a certain point in the game so whenever I got stuck I would just restart from the beginning.
