2021-07-18 18:00:21 +0000 UTCAlso: I'm super proud of Bizly for this one, it was a lot going on and it definitely gave the feeling that even though they're heroes, the PD still have a lot to learn and a lot of room to grow. I honestly struggled with getting through this one, because it DID feel a lot like a "What If?", but by the end of it I was appeased. I'm excited to see what comes of this in the end. I loved all of the characters in this one, I think they really played to their strengths. Will's many moments of dread, Ash being confused but doing what he can to supplement the "real heroes" and maybe learning that even THEY aren't all-powerful, Dakota realizing just how small they are but just how big they can be, and Vyncent still figuring out where he belongs in all this (and the allusions that it rains blood all the time where he is from????), I thought this was another banger.
