Here are the notes I prepped for my pirate one-shot which we've now labeled: Tales from the Black Rose.
This is a clear look into how I went about planning by very first time being a DM. It WAS my first time, so go easy on me if you actually know what you're doing.
There aren't many spoilers here, but if I left something in that gives you an idea of where this campaign is heading... hehe whoops.
