The Slip Molyslip Trophy 1963 - Jaguar MK2 #124

For the TCL Jaguar MK2.

In the early days of the BSCC, one manufacturer proved to be dominant; Jaguar. Their MK1 and MK2 saloon's were simply unrivaled for multiple years, even when the Lotus Cortina joined the series. As a result, quite a few star drivers ended up racing the MK2 in the BSCC. Drivers like Jack Sears, Roy Salvadori, Mike Salmon and, in the case of this livery, Graham Hill!

Yes, this is F1 world champion Graham Hill's Jaguar MK2, which he raced in the BSCC with relative success. In the 8th round of the 1963 BSCC, the Slip Molyslip Trophy, Hill finished 2nd overall, behind Jim Clark's Ford Galaxie.

Enjoy!
