Goodwood St. Mary's Trophy 1965 - Isuzu Bellett #112

The small Isuzu Bellett had been a staple in Japanese and Australian motorsports since 1964, and it did not take long for Nippon Racing to expand their touring car programme to the UK for the very popular BSCC. Along with the newest 4 door Bellett, they brought Bruce McLaren to come race it at Goodwood.
Sadly, the Bellett would not start the actual race, after a piston ceased to function during practice. Not a very good debut for the small car!
This is for an old mod (I believe GT Legends?) ported to AC, so the visual quality leaves a lot to be desired. Maybe someday we'll get a proper HD Isuzu Bellett... Who knows!
