This is a rather unique looking GTA, chassis AR 613699, which was a rare Conrero tuned variant. Conrero can best be described as a rival tuning company to Autodelta, which tried to become Alfa Romeo's main racing development department - which didn't happen.
It's racing history started with the Jolly Club of Milan in 1966, returning to the circuit in 1969 and being taken over by Spanish driver Alberto Ruiz Giminez, who then raced it in his home country under the Jolly Club Espana banner. A stripe in the colours of the Spanish flag was then painted on the hood. In 1970, the car was modified into GTAm spec.
