Also the boy who went missing isn't the bully, the bully's name was Kisoo

I'm not gonna lie, watching your face while saying that took a very good loud laugh out of me... I believe yesterday someone had some comment about you being "slow", so I could not hold my laugh watching you realizing that. LOL...

He couldn't type, and because he never got the training or education to do that it took him so much longer than everyone else to do simple, desk job tasks. Made him feel useless which is exactly what he told his wife. Also, it didn't seem to me like he was neglecting his wife just because he had to go on business trips. I got the impression that he really tried hard and did everything he could for her once he understood what she needed. But that could be just from my perspective lol. But even the other agents that worked under him were saying how much he cared for his family....idk.....

They were showing a memory his daughter had of her and her mom in the car crash. She was lying on her stomach facing the car passenger window looking at her mom while crying. Her mom/his wife, still half alive was smiling because she realized her daughter was pretty much invincible like her dad and she didn't have to worry about her now that she new she was probably going to die. You might want to go back and watch that scene. Can't remember which episode it was though. Maybe someone else can put it in the comments.
