Say hello to Lynda Burt! AKA, Azalea.
She was born and raised in Australia, Sydney, the daughter of a wealthy businessman (her father) and the world’s famous fashion designer (her mother) until she moved to America to study law at 22. However, she was expelled from her law school after she was caught having sexual relations with her female partner. After her parents heard the news about her sexuality, they were displeased. Therefore, disowning her and discontinue giving her money. She moved to California, where she had to work in multiple low-wage jobs to pay rent. However, she refused to hide her sexuality and wanted to express it to others and create awareness about gays and lesbians. Thus, she formed her social group called Free Love Club. It started fine at first. However, it was during the HIV/AIDS Epidemic which didn’t sit well with others. This created a massive backlash from the public. It wasn’t long before Lynda and several members of the Free Love Club left the city and went somewhere far away from the public eye. After traveling thousands of miles, Lynda and the group eventually found a secret place full of trees, rivers, and mountains and made themselves home. For a while, Lynda grew to love nature and the outdoors, making it her lifestyle, and her members feel the same way. They eventually renamed Free Love Club to Children of the Garden, becoming a religious group to express their love towards mother nature and their sexuality. Lynda changed her name to Azalea, a reference to one of her childhood books about a woman named Azalea who helps protect the villagers who live in the mountains but was killed by a Demon. Later, she was resurrected as a Goddess and slain the Demon, saving the villagers. Lynda told her followers that mother nature had appointed her as Azalea and that she would be playing a significant role as a Goddess of Nature and their protector.
Decades later, however, things have changed drastically…
