At first glance, Rosaria might be mistaken for a member of the clergy, but her speech and demeanor betray someone far removed from the church.
She reveres the gods no more than the average Mondstadt citizen and avoids church duties whenever possible.

She glides through Mondstadt’s streets like a shadow. Yet, she is vital to the Church as its "secret hand," dispensing justice and dealing with criminals where words alone fail.

However, with the arrival of a new Bishop, he introduced perverse traditions, poisoning the old faith and secretly turning worship of the Anemo Archon into a cult of debauchery and lust, dubbed the Church of the Phallus.
