Added 2025-07-16 16:39:56 +0000 UTCThe book is finished! The book is ready for print! It took me SO LONG to prep these files. I ran into a few issues with the size of the book (because I switched printers I had to use a slightly taller book size than what I'd originally formatted my files to) and then I found out I had miscounted early on in the process and I needed to add a few more pages to meet the standard I had set for the Kickstarter. I also struggled with printers a bit more and decided I would probably have to go with a digital printing instead of offset, which has me a little bummed. For the next Kickstarter I am going to add "offset printing" as a goal.
The ISBN has been registered so it is real, and I am hoping my proof will arrive next week.
The hardcover edition will not have an ISBN as it won't be sold in stores. I'm going to try to sell the ebook on online shops.
I am kind of back on track? I think? I was 2 weeks behind but now I've got all the hard stuff out of the way. I didn't want to start Ch. 6 until this book was ready for printing and the PDF was done, and now that it's ready to go out to backers Ch. 6 will begin this Saturday. FOR REAL. I'm scheduling the update ahead of time because I won't be in town that day.
