Ngl, I'm kinda temped to drawover some tears in 2D and post it.
An extra anim test to do some last checks/tweaks.
It's simpler and shorter than the last one so I won't be publishing it on Youtube, but I'll still spline it (maybe polish it).
Quick demo of the shader rework. Hand painted on top of the normal maps with brush strokes.

Body should be mostly done. Facials are left.

I had to do a lot of cheating to make him look good in the final camera.
Full view of the animation.
Dynamo lacks movement because the model is not rigged (and not out of lazyness).
I think it's done. Only subtitles left and double checking for mistakes before making public.
