October HP Poll 2024

… Fucking hell.  Would you believe that I had completely forgotten to post this? In a perfect example of very bad timing, just as I am done helping the clan as a whole prep for the baby, some stuff at my own house started to break down.  I finished it all yesterday, but God damn was I pissed. 

Anyway,  This is the HP poll for October.  I Will say it will be my final priority this month.  First will be to F****ing finally finishing FILFy. Second will be the patron only story.  Then Ranma, Then HP. A reminder though: Even when I finish FILFy it is going to be sent off to the editor, so you won’t see it right away.

The choices are:

Magic of the Force – HP/SW Crossover: The GDL faces its sternest test yet as the CIS’s campaign to force open a route to Corellia continues. New ship designs are discussed as old ones go on the attack, and the Tyrant’s Bane’s sister ships slowly come online. Thrawn is unfortunately stuck in place as Dominus makes plans for the next time to unleash Dominus, and two spies have conversations with their Master.  A meeting with two supposedly dead Jedi occur, passing on needed information to the GDL. Sidious’s growing worry is realized as the Veil of the Dark Side finally penetrates Mak and Cas’s Stealth, but too late for him to stop them.  The Veil is weakened, causing a backlash felt by every Force Sensitive in the galaxy, while Anakin has what he believes is an ‘aha’ moment after Harry, Aayla, Padme and Zule have some romance time.  The Tyrant’s Bane finishes some of its repairs and, leaving Anakin behind, the quartet leave Thyferra for what should be a brief stopover and a meeting with a possible ally, while Quinlan has another meeting, prior to his and Komari’s ‘investigation’ into the Core.

Bhaalson Remodel – Hp/Gamer/Baldur Gate Crossover: Laughter does not make Edwin any happier with his(?) sudden change.  Arguments and shouting abound, as Edwina tries to help herself, only for it to fail, with certain information he and Harry discover adding insult to injury.  The retooling continues for a bit after their return to Beregost, with everyone getting something new.  Harry and Viconia have a night to themselves in the kitchen while Jaheira and Khalid attempt to have a romantic night elsewhere, only for Imoen and Edwina to cause trouble. Winter closes in as the group take one more mission outside the town. However, this does not stop the trouble from coming, as Beregost comes under attack from hordes of orcs and bandits.  Trying to get to the bottom of this has Edwina meeting several of her colleagues in her new guise, and having trouble because of it.  However the sheer size of this battle forces a new tactic and quest on Harry and company, one with the wellbeing of not only their party, but the town at stake.
