Only admirals or above and the younkou are her enemy as u have had experienced with the vice admiral, altough Garp is always an exception. One Strawhat in particular 😉 But that's for a much later discussion.

Amazon lily is around an 8 out of 10 arc(mid to top tier ish) in the one piece community, also I think your expectations going into the arc might have some impact on how you feel about this arc. That’s why I don’t like people overhyping an arc lol.
