stompgame - ranks update & new character

hello again! i really should make more a point of posting here.

anywho, here's the 4th new character for stompgame, another 'full package' w/ custom background, tinies, and all -- this one's a bit of a doozy! featuring a screen-filling paw, near-nano-scaled tinies, and nearly 1600 hand-placed 'stickers'

... accept this invitation into RAGNA's lovely home and enjoy mulching countless unfortunate specks in the cozy confines of her proportionally-cavernous slipper, at both her and your leisure ...!

also featuring some cool new things!

• LETTER GRADE / RANK SYSTEM!

stompgame was in all honesty more of a 'stomptoy' before now, but with this addition, we're matriculating my friends... this introduces character-customized 'goals' into stompgame, giving you something to properly shoot for! every character asks for different things, and it's up to you and your powerful wrists to figure out and fulfill their every wish... it's unlikely you'll get that esteemed S RANK and earn their praise on your first try, but via the endscreen our brave stompy champions will gently (or in some cases, quite harshly) guide your hands to better meet their desires with character-customized quotes & hints! you'll be asked to beat time-limits, reach kill-thresholds, and even snuff out those poor unfortunate tinies in increasingly specific ways... some are pretty tough, good luck!

• CHARACTER INTROS! - cute lil blurbs that give a little insight into each character's preferences!

• FRICTION SFX! - paws now make a lil sliding sound when you drag em along the floor... or along tinies! no functional difference, but it is quite gratifying.

• PAW-SCALING SUPPORT! - bigger paws are PAWSIBLE. and by bigger i mean BIGGER. this is only built into ragna's character at the moment! you'll likely be seeing paws of all sorts of sizes in the coming future!

• STEAM-ROLLIN' PAWS! - a different way for the paw to move! when this is enabled, a character can glibly slide about, roll over the tinies in their paws path, and flatten them with ease. again, only built into ragna's character for now, though i suspect you'll be seeing more of this one too >:P

• VARIOUS OTHER LIL FIXES AND IMPROVEMENTS AND BITS AND BOBS! - sound stuff, weird graphics stuff, foreground graphics, environment lighting, etc!
