2024-07-23 21:30:26 +0000 UTCMy theory about Karma is it was actually the name of Midnights, and was supposed to be released after Lover but then COVID happened and she didn’t want to release it anymore. And I think a lot of the songs got scrapped as she continued to write new songs which then evolved to Midnights. Midnights doesn’t have a title track which is why I think it was going to be Karma but I think she realized that not all of the songs fit within that theme and changed the name

It would have come after 1989…..but then all the ish went down and we ended up getting Reputation 1 year later than what her album drop cycle was prior to snake gate. There are rumors she will release it with Rep TV 🤗🤗🤗
