Hannibal 2x13 - FULL Reaction - Available on the drive now!

Here we go! This is a favourite series finale for me so I am glad you both enjoyed it! You’re right, the clock ticking throughout the episode really builds up the anxiety. So we had Hannibal with his superpower smell smelling Freddie Lounds on Will, but it’s after he realises Will betrayed him that really gets me. Hannibal tries to convince Will to run away with him, ‘We could run away now tonight’. I think that shows how much Will means to him even after this betrayal. Btw it was a real jump-scare when it cut to Lawrence Fishburn as one of his other character’s🤣I appreciated the creative editing in this reaction RJ😄 And now onto those final moments; the music was emotional, the acting and writing was excellent, and it just all came together for a brilliant climatic scene. I love watching the fight between Jack and Hannibal again and I knew when you both saw the finale you would no longer feel disappointed at seeing the fight in the first episode. Will warned Hannibal to run because he didn’t want Jack or Hannibal to be hurt. The dialogue between Will and Hannibal is heartbreaking, and just to let you know when Hannibal says “I gave you a rare gift and you didn’t want it” Will doesn’t say damn right like it says in the caption he says “didn’t I” which totally changes the scene. Will really did change Hannibal, which is shown by how upset he is by Will’s betrayal. He cares so much about Will that this is heartbreaking for him. He had a daughter in Abigail, ready to be a murder family with Will and he ends up slicing Abigail’s throat to punish Will. This moment hurt my heart because of Will’s reaction, he had to watch the girl he sees as a daughter be resurrected to then be taken away from him again. The scene between Hugh and Mads was amazing and never fails to make me cry! Also, Hannibal did plan to leave with Will and Abigail, not Bedelia so it wasn’t the plan to be with her all along. About Bedelia, I still don’t fully know her motives and I have watched the show multiple times, so if you work it out in season 3 please let me know🤣 Oh also, Will dropped the gun, he pretty much let Hannibal stab him.
