New character and 0.02 build news.

Let's just say you won't like meeting him in a dark alley, especially if you are drunk. He is the one of 3 new characters(the rest I won't spoil). Now about the update- I still need like 7 days to put everything together. The update will contain outside event and continuation of interactions with Sandy for those who enjoy her company. Overall there will be like 5k words . Not much, but I tried to make dialogues as natural as possible and I hope you will like it. Untill next time!
