Kimono: Humbaba

Diamond and Gold Tier Patreons were able to choose any type of kimono for a character of their choosing.

I always enjoy drawing everyone's ideas, but I gotta thank Humbaba for picking characters he knows I'm a fan of, haha! He asked for the kimono Miku wears in 'Hold, Release; Rakshasa and Carcasses'. It's a very old Vocaloid song about the cruelty children can inflict. Actually if you are able to read into the metaphorical lyrics it's about something even darker than that. Check out the song linked below cause it's still one of my creepy favs. The song is open to many interpretations so if you manage to come up with your own interpretation leave a comment below!

It is a bit dark, haha. Thanks for giving it a listen! :)

Well that was... dark. I'm not sure I can point to a solid, single meaning of the song, because there's so much brought up and too many references that I don't understand. But I bet in the context of the culture, it's probably a lot clearer. Also, I think I might have nightmares. @_@

Rows of wooden grave markers sing "Let's dance, little miss." Great job Lia!
