Here's a step-by-step sequence of recent Hex Maniac picture (original lineart by Legoman)
It was a pretty straightforward process, the only struggles that i have here were the boobies - had to get through a several iterations till i was happy with how they look. Also i had to slightly change things here and there so again Liquify Tool was a great help!
