0.4 Test Build Delay Notice

First of all, I'm sorry and I've got some bad news.
Due to health issues, I've been in a Hospital. This postponed the version 0.4's release date slightly than I expected.
I tend to focus on the progress in a same position for a while when I'm working. So I guess this long sitting habit is the reason why.
It's unfortunate that I won't be able to work at the moment, but I do believe that getting back to a healthy state is also important. So in the meantime, I'll be spending time on quick recovery.
