A decade ago, Harvey Weinstein was accused of sexual harassment even though he was "innocent". 

He never did something bad like that, in his opinion. He was innocent! He was free from the sins of sexual harassment. He had a lot of "friends" that could testify against the allegations. 

However, the "friends" he had started putting distance from him because of the incident he incited. 

Harvey Weinstein cunningly evaded the media but he knew that he would receive a backlash from this. 

The team from Miramax forecasted that The Blair Witch Project would exceed $100 million at the North American box office, but it would be hard for it to surpass $200 million. 

In this regard, Harvey Weinstein knew that the publicity he did was fruitful. 

Still, the cuts before he could get his share of the cake would happen. 

Cinema Alliance would naturally take 40% of the box office. 

On top of that, the distributor of The Blair Witch Project would take a 30% share as well. Miramax didn't dare to distribute the movie because of the danger it might bring... Yet their meticulous planning was useless anyway. 

Anyway, the remaining box office share would be 30%, at the least, it would be $30 million. 

Harvey Weinstein invested around $10 million in publicity and film copies so the profit would only be $20 million at the least. 

Unfortunately for the fat guy, it seemed that this movie would bring him zero profit. 

The four families of the deceased were asking for $10 million each! 

Harvey Weinstein was the mastermind of the publicity of The Blair Witch Project. This unique viral marketing caused four deaths after the riot that happened in Burkittsville, Maryland. 

Knowing that Harvey Weinstein would be implicated, he decided to settle this problem out of court. Using money, he hoped that the four families would drop the lawsuits. 

At first, the four families were asking for $20 million! But that amount was too damaging for Harvey Weinstein and Miramax. 

Even though the profit they got from the videotapes was bountiful, most of the cash would be used to invest in more movies. 

The available cash that Harvey Weinstein could pull from the bank was only $50 million. It was already a generous amount.

It was a good thing that his talented lawyer lowered the amount down to $10 million, any lower than that and the four families would continue the lawsuit instead. 

Harvey Weinstein gritted his teeth and accepted the negotiation. The situation might send him to jail so he didn't have a choice but to accept the reality. 

So obviously, the profit that he got from The Blair Witch Project was non-existent. In fact, he might lose around $50 million instead. Truly a pathetic endeavor. 

Another thing, the current situation caused the women around him to make trouble again. Just like what happened in the 1970s, the women who were accusing him started showing up again... He recognized most of them but his lips were tight shut. 

Thankfully, this matter was overshadowed by the riot incident and The Blair Witch Project. The media put more focus on The Blair Witch Project and the four families who lost their loved ones. Of course, the women who accused him were interviewed in the media as well. 

These days, Harvey Weinstein felt like the world was against him. He was wondering what he did. If there was a good thing, he was protected by his "loyal friends" for the time being. To be precise, his position in the industry protected him. 

'Fuck this Blair Witch Project!'

Suddenly, Harvey Weinstein could not help but curse the movie, blaming it for his own wrongdoings. 

This movie brought him nothing but backlash. Now, he had to lay low until this incident was forgotten by the media.

Coincidence, that was all Kazir Grey could say. Actually, he had no intention of magnifying the situation. All he wanted to do was tell the truth about The Blair Witch Project. 

Because of this, Kazir decided to contact the people who watched the movie to testify. That was his real intention. 

He then found a couple who took a picture while watching the movie as a piece of evidence... Kazir Grey didn't expect Harvey Weinstein to be caught on camera! He had no idea at all! 

Kazir wanted to use the picture as a way to make trouble to Harvey Weinstein. Use it to show that Harvey Weinstein was actually the Mastermind. 

Kazir had a grudge against the fat guy and it was the right moment to get back at him. 

However, Kazir didn't expect that a riot would actually happen, killing four people in the process. 

Kazir's demeanor changed after that. He felt like this was not about him anymore. This was not about him exacting revenge. 

The people need to know the truth about the Blair Witch. 

Even though it might bring him trouble, Kazir Grey decided to do the right thing. 

He used his connection and contacted 20th Century Fox and Warner Bros. These two giants had an intimate relationship with him and they would likely cooperate. 

Everything after that was history.

"I'm sure Harvey Weinstein has his way to trace the leak. He will definitely know that I'm the one who is responsible for his problem. Heh, let's keep it at that. He fucked around, so he found out."

He was a bit disheartened that Harvey didn't go to jail this time. 

"He didn't directly kill the four people and he never incited violence. He just started a massive prank..."

Regarding the sexual harassment allegations, they were overshadowed. 

Well, the feminist movement was still in the process of rising. As for the #MeToo movement, it got strong recognition because of interest which was still in the initial stage at the current moment. 

Another fact was the people who protected Harvey Weinstein. 

However, Kazir knew that Harvey Weinstein went to jail and he would make sure that this certain future would be kept.
