Photoset - Down in the Woods
Added 2024-11-05 09:00:03 +0000 UTCThis is a bit of a throwback shoot... the summer of 2020 when lockdown rules were eased and we could finally meet up with another person outdoors. One of my first shoots after lockdown was with Diana, a model I had shot with a few times before the pandemic. But the lighting on that day was horrible and I was a little disappointed with the images. My confidence was low after lockdown and that didn't help at all.
Then one evening I got a messaged from Diana asking if I was free the next evening. She had an outdoor shoot organised but the weather forecast was poor and the photographer was reluctant to go ahead with it as he had to travel some distance. So instead Diana shot with me and the is one of the sets we made, although at the time I only edited one of them, and that was in colour. At that point I was doing very little b&w editing and hadn't developed my "style". I recently revisited the images from this shoot and thought that the ones in this set would look great in black and white.
It has been ages since I last shot with Diana, but she is keen to get back into it so hopefully we can sort something out soon.
