Hello everyone, and happy New Release Monday! Today, I am continuing my journey to cover Barovia in snow by creating the Old Gallows Road and Vistani Camp maps as wintery versions.
I started project Winter's Grasp a few months ago and now the entire Village of Barovia is complete and I'm working my way toward the other maps I've done along the Old Svalich Road.

This release includes the following maps re-done as wintery versions:
Old Gallows Road
Vistani Camp
The Old Gallows Road has versions with and without the gallows if you wanted to use this as a generic roadside encounter.
The Vistani Camp comes with both exterior and interior versions, no lights versions, and even a no tree version (to make token placement a little easier). Stay warm and celebrate around the campfire while swapping tales with the vibrant Vistani, or get your fortune read by the mysterious Madam Eva.
Each of these maps comes with the following:
Three color moods: Chilly Day, Gloom, Night
Weather effects including: Snow, Fog, Sun Rays
8k & 4k image resolution
With & Without the grid overlay
Jpg & Webp file sizes

Like the other posts, I've split each map post into its own to make it a little easier to manage and attach the .zip files to them. You can download each of these maps via the links below:

With December nearly completed, that leaves us with one more map to go for 2024! With the new Bastion rules in the updated DMG, I'll be working on created both a "blank" and "restored" version of the Haunted House from the Saltmarsh series. This can act as a reclaimed and fully decorated home for your players to take after dealing with the smugglers, or the blank version can allow you to place your own assets in each room to match the choices your players make.
Hopefully, this will be a flexible approach to handling Bastion-style maps as I plan to include a few Gothic houses in different sizes going forward next year, as well as Bastion homes in Dark Fantasy settings.
