With the proper handling Jason would at least be acting like a submissive girl, to everyone else but him their is no difference between him accepting it and him acting like it.

I would love to see it go one of two way. 1: Turning the new secretary into his girlfriend and teasing her of making an honest woman of her all cause he knows Jason can't stand him. Or 2: He moves her to be another manager secretary that is known for being handsy with the girls and who doesn't know who she used to be. Forcing her to keep up an act.
