Remember she has a fear to blood also Tsunade drugged Jiraiya, so right now he is only at 30% so a 1v1 with no arm Orochimaru isn't exactly easy.

This is an older show that is 4:3 and wherever you're watching cropped the show to make it widescreen 16:9, but by doing that important details get cut off the screen.
