Dang! This is the first vest you've gotten that I've absolutely never seen before! Very unique indeed- hybrid foam and inflation and horse-collar styled. What a cool combination! Hats off to your awesome community for finding the most interesting stuff and to you for putting it all to the test! Looking very forward to your in water impression of this one

It’s a handle basically 🤣. The waist strap threads through that mechanism. It can (should) come out and go back in just make sure you take notes/photos of how it threads before you undo everything. They can be a PiTA to get back in.
